No Coach-Client Relationship or Legal Advice

Materials on onelovejourney.com contain general information to help you learn more about Healing Journey LLC and the Coaching Services provided. The information presented is not coaching advice, should not be acted on as coaching advice, and is subject to change without notice.

Neither receipt of information presented on onelovejourney.com nor any email or other communication sent to Healing Journey LLC through onelovejourney.com will create a coach-client relationship. No user of onelovejourney.com should act, or refrain from acting, based on information included on onelovejourney.com without first consulting a licensed professional in your relevant jurisdiction.

By participating in any sessions within our program, you acknowledge and agree that all sessions are recorded and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by One Love Journey. These recordings may be shared publicly on our website, social media channels, or other marketing materials. If you do not wish for your session to be used for marketing purposes, please notify us by emailing
[email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request and ensure your privacy is respected.

Licensure Status

Sara Fakhraei is licensed to provide coaching services as part of Healing Journey LLC. onelovejourney.com is not intended as advertising or solicitation in any jurisdiction where the site would be so characterized and fails to comply with all applicable laws and ethical rules of that jurisdiction. Healing Journey LLC does not seek to provide services to anyone based solely upon a visit to onelovejourney.com or upon advertising, or where to do so would not comply with applicable local laws and rules.

Scope of Therapy or Counseling Services

A coach-client relationship with prospective clients is established only after a coach from Healing Journey LLC has received a client’s consent for coaching, and has met with that client for a full coaching session. Phone, in-person, or other forms of consultations do not establish a coach-client relationship with a prospective client. Healing Journey LLC may decline to provide coaching service if a conflict of interest is discovered. The scope of coaching services to be performed by a coach of Healing Journey LLC will be expressly agreed upon in writing by you before any coaching services are performed and does not include any services that have been expressly excluded or are otherwise outside the scope of the written agreement.

Links posted on this website to other websites are provided only as a convenience to our clients. Healing Journey LLC assumes no responsibility for the content, security, or reliability of any websites to which we have posted links.

Spamming, the unsolicited broadcasting of email addresses or links on this website, is prohibited and unauthorized.

Assignment

The rights and obligations created for you under this agreement may not be assigned to any other party.

Severance

In the event that one or more of the provisions of this agreement shall be found unenforceable, illegal, or invalid, it shall not affect any other provisions of this agreement, and this agreement shall be construed as if the provision found to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid had never been contained in the agreement, or the unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision shall be construed, amended and/or reformed to be made enforceable, legal and valid.

Complete Understanding

These Disclaimers and Terms and Conditions of Use supersede any prior communication, representations, or agreements between you and Healing Journey LLC and constitutes the complete and final agreement related to the use of onelovejourney.com or any services provided by Healing Journey LLC.

Modification of These Terms

Healing Journey LLC reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which onelovejourney.com is available. By using onelovejourney.com or sending us any personal information, you agree to this policy and are bound to this policy in effect as of the date of such use.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in breath-work, deep meditation, yoga, or related activities as part of One Love Journey's coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Health and Well-being: You affirm that you are in perfect emotional, mental, and physical health. It is your responsibility to consult with your physician before participating in any of these activities to ensure they are safe for you.

Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in breath-work, deep meditation, yoga, or related activities involves certain inherent risks and that you are participating voluntarily. You assume full responsibility for any risks of injury or harm arising from your participation.

Liability Waiver: You release Healing Journey LLC and Sara Fakhraei, their employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from your participation in these activities.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Journey LLC and Sara Fakhraei, their employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in breath-work, deep meditation, yoga, or related activities.
